1. Liability for contents
All content on our web pages was created with great care. Nevertheless it is not possible for us to guarantee that these contents are correct, complete and up-to-date. According to §7 para. 1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) we are responsible for our own content on our web pages. According to §§ 8, 9 and 10 TMG we are though not obliged to monitor the information from third parties, which were submitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances that give evidence to non-legitimate activities. This does not affect our obligation to block or delete information that is imposed on us by general laws. However, we are only liable at the moment in which we become aware of a concrete violation of rights. If we become aware of such a violation of rights, an immediate removal of the respective contests will occur.

Our websites contain links to external websites of third-parties. We have no influence on the content of these external sites. Therefore, we are unable to assume any liability for their contents. The responsibility always lies with the respective provider/owner of the respective websites. We check the linked websites on possible legal violations at the time of linking. A linking is only made, if no illegal content is visible at that time. However, it cannot be expected that we constantly check the content of linked websites without concrete indication. If we become aware of a legal violation, we will immediately remove the respective link.
The works and contents on our websites are subject to copyright. Without written consent of the respective creator or author, works or content may not be reproduced, edited, distributed or used. Downloading or copying of our website for private use is permitted, but not for commercial use. We wish to point out that regarding content on our website, as far as they were not created by us, the copyrights of third parties were respected. Contents from third partied were marked by us as such. We would be grateful is you point us to copyright infringements you discovered. If we become aware of a copyright infringement, we will immediately remove the respective content.
4. Data protection
Our website can be used regularly without the need to disclose personal data. If such data (e.g. name, address or e-mail) is still gathered, this happens as far as possible voluntarily. A transfer of such data will only occur if you explicitly agree.
Transmission of data on the Internet may contain vulnerabilities. Therefore it is possible that third-parties get access to this data. A complete protection is not possible.
At this point we disagree with the use of our contact data, which we published in the imprint, by third parties that send or plan to send us unsolicited advertising/information/spam mails. Should this however happen, we reserve the right to take legal action.
